Bruv, it’s been a busy night in Newcastle. Four early-morning burglaries reported between 1am and 8.30am, all potentially linked to one slim-built geezer in a grey tracksuit. First up at 3:45am, he got spooked and legged it empty-handed from Golf Links Road. Then at 4:25am, another window attempt in Golf Links Crescent, but again, nothing taken.
At some point between 1am and 8:30am, Bryansford Avenue wasn’t so lucky — the suspect got in through a front window and made off with electricals, clothes, and sentimental bits. Finally, at 6:35am, another disturbed attempt on Golf Links Crescent.
