NEW ORLEANS – Sheldon Smith Sr., age 60, just got popped by the boys in blue. The OG was sentenced on July 28, 2026, after copping a plea to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and oxycodone.
But that’s not all, fam. Smith was also strapped when they swooped on him, catchin’ some heat for possessin' firearms in furtherance of his drug game. United States Attorney David I. Courcelle made the announcement, sayin' it's a big win for the city. Smith’s got a lot of time to think about his next move behind bars.
