Rafael A. Gordian, 31, from Philly, and an unidentified buddy tried their luck at Frank's Card Shop in Washington Township. First time was a charm — smashed the window, got out clean.
Second visit? Not so much. Back with a hammer and a trash bag, but this time no entry. Gordian’s driving a red Ford Taurus with PA plates, and he’s facing charges for conspiracy to commit burglary and attempted burglary. Cops are askin' anyone who recognizes the other guy in the gray and black hoodie to step up with info. No word yet on any recovered loot or if there's more to this crew.
