PRIOR FELON PINCHED AT BLOCK PARTY FOR STRAPPED GUN

U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo popped the news today: Anthony Dean, 24, from Buffalo, NY, got popped by the boys in blue at a big block bash. Dean, who already did a bid, was charged with being a felon strapped — carryin' a weapon where he ain't supposed to. If found guilty, he's lookin’ at up to 15 years in the slammer and a quarter-mil fine. No cap, this ain’t his first rodeo.
