🧑‍♂️ CHAPITO FALLS: Son of ‘El Chapo’ Pleads Guilty to Federal Drug Charges

Joaquin Guzman Lopez, the son of notorious drug kingpin El Chapo and a top leader in the Sinaloa Cartel, just copped a plea to federal drug charges. The feds hit him hard with one count of drug conspiracy and another for running a continuing criminal enterprise. He’s lookin’ at a minimum 10 years to life in the clink. Attorney General Pamela Bondi laid it on thick: "The Sinaloa Cartel is a terrorist organization that has spent decades destroying American families through brutal violence and deadly drug trafficking. Yesterday’s guilty plea from El Chapo’s son is a major victory against the Sinaloa Cartel." DEA Administrator Terrance Cole kept it real: “Under the Chapitos’ leadership, the Sinaloa Cartel has fueled the deadliest drug crisis in our nation’s history. DEA stands committed to dismantling their command and control, exposing their networks, and delivering justice for the lives lost.” Guzman Lopez, 39, coordinated massive shipments of cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, and methamphetamine from Mexico into the U.S., using everything from tunnels to submersibles. He also admitted to an international kidnapping offense, but no cooperation credit was given. His three brothers — Ivan Archivaldo Guzman Salazar, Jesus Alfredo Guzman Salazar, and Ovidio Guzman Lopez — are still on the run, with the U.S. State Department offering up to $10 million for info leading to their arrests.
