DAD WITH ‘HONEST LIVING’ COPS 2.5 YEARS FOR COKE CAR HAUL

· 🇬🇧 UK · 2026-08-08 · 1 min read

Thomas Boucher, a 42-year-old dad from Thornaby, got banged up for two and a half years after the feds found 19 bags of coke in his whip. The old bill pulled him over in a BMW on April 13, kicked down the driver's side, and rumbled a tin with the white stuff. An extendable baton was also tucked away, just for good measure.

When they swooped on his place, they seized £10,160 in cash, scales, empty bags, and a tick-list of debts. Boucher pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply and having an offensive weapon. His lawyer tried to play the tough-circumstances card, mentioning he’s been attacked before and has a job lined up. Judge Richard Clews wasn’t buying it: 'You were capable of earning an honest living, but drugs ruin lives.' Boucher, who has 15 previous convictions, is now back behind bars. A real mad ting, innit.
