|mum's call nails son's drug line| Thornaby dealer caught when mum tips off cops

· 🇬🇧 UK · 2026-07-27 · 1 min read

A Thornaby dealer got merked after his own mum called the feds on him, innit. Connor Farnaby, 28, was bangin' up at his mum’s place when she thought he was wanted and dialled it in. Officers swooped on the ends, kicked down the door, and found a stash of coke and weed — plus a mobile phone runnin’ a known drugs line.

Farnaby had been sleepin’ like a baby when they cornered him. The phone was packed with messages from punters orderin' up their fix. He tried to play it cool, but ended up fessin' up to conspiracy to supply class A and B drugs, possession with intent, and totin' a small axe. Judge Mark Giuliani laid down the law: “Your mum thought you were wanted by the police. She was proper concerned for your welfare.” Farnaby, who’s been homeless and hooked on crack, copped to actin’ under orders from higher-ups. He’ll be doin’ three years and four months, with a shot at early release after 16 months. This ain’t the first time Farnaby’s done it for the feds — he was locked up in 2020 for robbin' two teens of their watches and another drug charge. He's got a rap sheet longer than your arm, bruv.
