The old bill kicked down a door in Bootle just after midnight, rumbled a cuckoo operation, and bagged three suspects. A 52-year-old geezer was nicked for intent to supply crack and cannabis. A 39-year-old bird got cuffed for similar charges plus handling stolen goods. Another 54-year-old man joined them in the cells on suspicion of dealing class A's.
Chief Constable Rob Carden, standin' tall at Netherton, laid down the law: 'If you're playin' the game, we're comin' for ya. We got 28 warrants this mornin', and that’s just the start. More to come, bigger and better.'
