/ORGA CRIME TAKEDOWN: Fourteen Charges for BC Drug Trafficking Ring
The boys from CFSEU-BC and their pals just clapped a major drug trafficking line in the Lower Mainland and Okanagan. Itβs all over now, with three key players dinged on fourteen charges.
In June 2025, they swooped on five spots in Vancouver and Surrey, hauling in cocaine, meth, fentanyl, cash, ammo, and a pile of electronic gadgets. The whole operation ground to a halt when the court slapped a year-long restraint order on the drug line.
Jonathan Miralda-Alvarez (24), Twinkle Notey (25), and Arshdeep Singh Bassi (22) are all facin' time for their roles in this mess. Noteyβs takinβ the biggest hit with eight counts of trafficking, while Miralda-Alvarez and Bassi round out the charges.
"This investigation targeted an organized crime group responsible for trafficking highly addictive and dangerous drugs into our communities," says Sgt. Sarbjit K. Sangha. "By disrupting this drug line and securing fourteen criminal charges, investigators removed significant quantities of fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine from circulation and disrupted a criminal network that was profiting from the distribution of illicit drugs."
