Looks like the big plans to clamp down on money laundering in B.C. are still sittin' on the shelf, for sure. The Money Services Business Act got introduced back in 2023, but without the regulations spellin' out the rules and penalties, it's just a piece of paper.

Three years later, the law's still not in force. Meanwhile, the launderers keep givin' er like nothing's changed. The government better get movin', or this whole thing's gonna look pretty sketchy πŸ˜‚.
