Police reckon the teen was running errands for The Commission, linked to Kazem Hamad—a drug kingpin doing life in Iraq. Detective Inspector Graham Banks laid it out: "We're hitting every level of this syndicate. Young kids are being lured by promises of easy money and encrypted anonymity, but there's nothing easy about the consequences."
Operation Eclipse is on a warpath against the syndicate responsible for arson attacks and other violence in Melbourne. The teen will face the music in children's court later 🎗.
